1 Au maître de chant. " Ne détruis pas! " Psaume d'Asaph. Cantique. 2 Nous te louons, ô Dieu, nous te louons; ton nom est proche: on raconte tes merveilles. 3 " Quand le temps sera venu, je jugerai avec justice. 4 La terre est ébranlée avec tous ceux qui l'habitent; moi, j'affermis ses colonnes. " — Séla. 5 Je dis aux orgueilleux: Ne vous enorgueillissez pas! et aux méchants: Ne levez pas la tête! 6 Ne levez pas si haut la tête, ne parlez pas avec tant d'arrogance! 7 Car ce n'est ni de l'orient, ni de l'occident; ni du désert des montagnes!... 8 Non; c'est Dieu qui exerce le jugement: il abaisse l'un et il élève l'autre. 9 Car il y a dans la main de Yahweh une coupe, où bouillonne un vin plein d'aromates. Et il en verse: oui, ils en suceront la lie, ils boiront, tous les méchants de la terre. 10 Et moi, je publierai à jamais, je chanterai les louanges du Dieu de Jacob. 11 Et j'abattrai toutes les cornes des méchants; et les cornes du juste seront élevées.

Psalmus cantici Asaph. 2 Confitebimur tibi, Deus, confitebimur, et invocabimus nomen tuum; narrabimus mirabilia tua. 3 Cum accepero tempus, ego justitias judicabo. 4 Liquefacta est terra et omnes qui habitant in ea: ego confirmavi columnas ejus. 5 Dixi iniquis: Nolite inique agere: et delinquentibus: Nolite exaltare cornu: 6 nolite extollere in altum cornu vestrum; nolite loqui adversus Deum iniquitatem. 7 Quia neque ab oriente, neque ab occidente, neque a desertis montibus: 8 quoniam Deus judex est. Hunc humiliat, et hunc exaltat: 9 quia calix in manu Domini vini meri, plenus misto. 1 For the Chief Musician; set to Al-tashheth. A Psalm of Asaph, a Song. We give thanks unto thee, O God; We give thanks, for thy name is near: Men tell of thy wondrous works. 2 When I shall find the set time, I will judge uprightly. 3 The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I have set up the pillars of it. [Selah 4 I said unto the arrogant, Deal not arrogantly; And to the wicked, Lift not up the horn: 5 Lift not up your horn on high; Speak not with a stiff neck. 6 For neither from the east, nor from the west, Nor yet from the south, cometh lifting up. 7 But God is the judge: He putteth down one, and lifteth up another. 8 For in the hand of Jehovah there is a cup, and the wine foameth; It is full of mixture, and he poureth out of the same: Surely the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall drain them, and drink them. 9 But I will declare for ever, I will sing praises to the God of Jacob. 10 All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; But the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.

1 Wir preisen dich, o Gott, wir preisen dich; und nahe ist dein Name, deine Wundertaten verkündigen es. 2 "Wenn ich die Versammlung empfangen werde, will ich in Geradheit richten. 3 Zerschmolzen sind die Erde und alle ihre Bewohner: Ich habe ihre Säulen festgestellt." 4 Ich sprach zu den Übermütigen: Seid nicht übermütig! und zu den Gesetzlosen: Erhebet nicht das Horn! 5 Erhebet nicht hoch euer Horn; redet nicht Freches mit gerecktem Halse! 6 Denn nicht von Osten, noch von Westen, und nicht von Süden her kommt Erhöhung. 7 Denn Gott ist Richter; diesen erniedrigt er, und jenen erhöht er. 8 Denn ein Becher ist in der Hand Jehovas, und er schäumt von Wein, ist voll von Würzwein, und er schenkt daraus: ja, seine Hefen müssen schlürfend trinken alle Gesetzlosen der Erde. 9 Ich aber, ich will es verkünden ewiglich, will Psalmen singen dem Gott Jakobs. 10 Und alle Hörner der Gesetzlosen werde ich abhauen; es werden erhöht werden die Hörner der Gerechten.

ALABARÉMOSTE, oh Dios, alabaremos; que cercano está tu nombre: cuenten tus maravillas. 2 Cuando yo tuviere tiempo, yo juzgaré rectamente. 3 Arruinábase la tierra y sus moradores: yo sostengo sus columnas. (Selah.) 4 Dije á los insensatos: No os infatuéis; y á los impíos: No levantéis el cuerno: 5 No levantéis en alto vuestro cuerno; no habléis con cerviz erguida. 6 Porque ni de oriente, ni de occidente, ni del desierto viene el ensalzamiento. 7 Mas Dios es el juez: á éste abate, y á aquél ensalza. 8 Porque el cáliz está en la mano de Jehová, y el vino es tinto, lleno de mistura; y él derrama del mismo: ciertamente sus heces chuparán y beberán todos los impíos de la tierra. 9 Mas yo anunciaré siempre, cantaré alabanzas al Dios de Jacob. 10 Y quebraré todos los cuernos de los pecadores: los cuernos del justo serán ensalzados.
